Returns Policy
You may return unwanted products within 28 days of purchase, (with the exclusion of prams and buggies or special orders). They must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Please send us your receipts and a short letter, stating your order reference, name and address. We will refund the purchase price (excluding P&P), to the same credit/debit card the goods were bought with. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage, free from the post office, for your own benefit.

If you are returning unwanted gifts, we can exchange them for something you prefer (please include receipts or call us for advice), refunds however must be credited to the cardholder.

Returning prams and buggies
Because of the high cost of shipping, we do not refund prams and buggies

Returning cotton nappies
We can only refund cotton nappies if they are unwashed/unused.
As cotton nappies should be washed before use (to increase the absorbency), we would recommend that you pre-wash and try a couple.
